Tech and the battle for talent

We're in a new era of work. One in which employee expectations have changed and many UK organisations now find themselves in a battle for talent.

Employees have been voting with their feet, gravitating towards those employers who are willing to invest in hybrid working, tech, training and social values.

In our new report we share the key findings, explain why maintaining momentum in tech investment is essential and how it can help your organisation win in the battle for talent.
